The Lebanon branch of Ed’s Supply, one of the company’s newest locations, has quickly become one of the fastest-growing branches in the network. Their success can be attributed to the leadership of Jeff “Tank” Herrington, the branch manager, who is committed to fostering a team-driven culture while ensuring that the needs of both employees and customers are met.
Tank, who has been with Ed’s Supply since 2003, began his journey as a driver. Over the years, his hard work led him to transition to the purchasing department, eventually rising to lead the Lebanon branch. “We’re here to meet people’s needs, and work as a team,” Tank says. “My main job here is to support my employees and be there for them.” This approach has been instrumental in the branch’s early success, creating a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose among the team.
Tank’s leadership style emphasizes collaboration, and he is committed to involving his team in decision-making processes. “I want to hear from people and involve them in decisions,” he explains. “Our goal is to treat people how we would want to be treated and go above and beyond.” This approach has helped build a strong, motivated team that is eager to contribute to the branch’s ongoing growth.
